Confused about AM3+ boards and PCIe 3.0

I am looking at building a budget friendly gaming computer. It will be my second build. At the moment, the Phenom 965 is looking like a great option along with the Sapphire HD7850 1GB GPU.

My problem is finding a Motherboard. I can't seem to find any AM3+ / PCIe 3.0 boards. Am I missing something about this?

Would anyone care to suggest a decent board? I dont need anything fancy, just a solid board.

Unfortunately, not a budget friendly one.
On the Intel side you would find more options.
