Picking a Monitor for Gaming

Hi everybody so I pretty much just finished finding the parts and everything for my gaming PC build.The only thing I dont have at the moment is a monitor. I have found some good monitors in the past week but I dont know a whole lot about them as this is my first PC. If you have any good recommendations for a monitor with 2ms, 120ghz, 1080p, between 21-25 inches and around 200-300$ (or less) that would be great! Link for my build is below.

This is the cheapest monitor in your specifications for $249.99. I wouldn't say it's that great, but its nice for its price. The 2nd cheapest one goes up to $390 but it's 5ms response time. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/benq-monitor-xl2420t
