Changing ram timing on Bios

I have an acer aspire am3910-e4512 and i bought 2 ddr3 CMX4G3M1333C9. I want to change the timing on my bios, but when i go on the frequency and voltage there is only spectrum and something else i can't even edit any thing. I can only disable or enable them. What do i do? my bios is P01.A3 V.0.68
Is it because my Bios is locked?

That's exactly the case here. Prebuilt manufacturers such as HP and Acer lock the BIOS features that could potentially cause computer stability issues. Looks like you're pretty much stuck there.
