new cheap build for a friend

budget: about 800$. (its low, i know)
its going to be for mostly gaming.
he needs Everything, including monitor and speakers, keyboard and mouse, literally everything.
try to stick with intel/nvidia, but it doesn't matter.
im trying to help him but i don't know whats best for a cheap build. i have about 1200 in mine.
anyway post whatever your opinion is with what you think he should get.
