I am going to be doing a new build with water cooling. The two components that I will be cooling is my 3770k and my gtx 690. I will be using a bitfenix shenobi xl for this system. I was curious if a single 360mm rad on the top would be enough to cool these bad boys, but still get some great OCs. If not, there is room for another 240 on the bottom, but I would have to take out the hdd tray. I don't know if this case has one solid hdd tray or removable sections. I don't want to have to remove the entire tray just to fit in another rad.

The TDP section of the water-cooling sticky will be particularly helpful I think. Do pick reasonable fan RPM values when you decide on how much a rad can cool, as fans at 2000RPM will be ridiuclously loud no matter how good they are.

I do advise reading through the whole thing if you haven't, multiple times ideally.

EDIT: If you do need more than the 360mm rad and dont want to remove the HDD bays, external mounting is always an option.
