Display driver has stopped responding and has successfully recovered ?? [HELP]

Hey guys . When I'm playing games , the screen just freezes and then it pops up that " Display driver has stopped responding and has successfully recovered" . Why is this happening ? I have the latest Catalyst driver (13.1) . Is my display card faulty or something ? On full load , the temps were around 60-70 degrees .
This is a Sapphire HD 7870 XT .

Could just be a bad driver issue, try uninstalling the graphics driver and reinstalling, if this doesn't work try moving the card to a different pci slot if possible, if your still having problems try a reformat and install the drivers again, if all of that fails i would assume the cards faulty.
