Components for my CPU

I am planning to buy the following componenents let me know if i am making a mistake buying them:-
i5 3rd gen 3330
Asus P8H61- MLX3
Nvidia GTX 650
1TB WD HDD
4GB Corsair RAM
corsair CV430 PSU(not sure of psu)

Me not planning to spend more then 28k for this. could you help in the same.

Also does this mobo is a good option and can handle the graphic card mentioned or not?

You should be fine, but I'm not sure if the i5 will run without a BIOS update.
