Ripjaws Z Series 8GB x 4 timing compatablity

The timing is not the element that related with Motherboard / RAM compatibility. More people use the RAM that is from 1600MHz to 2133MHz, I read someone said the MB can't use the 2400MHz but I don't know it is true or not. From what I see you maybe use the 2133MHz so if it is the 2133MHz RAM, then it will be fine.

The real issue with the G. Skill Ripjaws Z DDR 3 2400 isnt its timing it is its voltage. The 2nd and 3rd generation Intel® Core™ processors only support DDR 3 at 1.5v ±5% (1.425v to 1.575v). The Ripjaws Z is running at 1.65v and if you were able to get it to run you would find it running much slower due to running at 1.5v (which is what the board defaults to).
