When will socket 1150 be released?

I have a customer who wants to replace her old core 2 processor. Is there any word as to when socket 1150 motherboards will be released? I know Haswell CPU's are suppose to be released early this summer but when are the boards coming out?

There should be boards at the same time the retail CPU's are released.

That's what I thought but it seems that boards are leaked then released before the actual processors are released.
