Ok so I am not overclocking my cpu, I ve checked all my temperatures and they seem to be fine. BSODs have also stopped. However I am still getting constant Appcrashs when playing any game.

scanned for viruses nothing is coming up, as well as nothing coming up in a memtest. temps seem fine almost all of the time nothing going above 60. As for the OC, thoese are just the specs I copied from the dxdiag

OK try running memtest to check its not unstable RAM, if that passes then try running both the CPU & GPU stress tests in OCCT (all free downloads) and see if it finds any instability.
