Overclocking the Voltage ATI Radeon HD 5450

I've been looking up multiple softwares that can overclock the voltage on my card. None of them seem to work.

I can't get the MSI Afterburn to unlock the core voltage.
Its currently running catalyst 13.1

Is there a program that can overclock the voltage on my card? is there a way that i can do it manually?

Just curious, but why? It's an older card, and it's really intended for cheapo home theater rigs. Overclocking it won't give you much and since it's probably fanless, it won't hold up to the heat.

first the ati 5450 is the most under rated card i have this card and can play nfs rivals at 30fps i can play battlefield 3 the new Castlevania the new mk i could go on about what the card can play the 5450 was not a gaming card but that has not stop it from playing now about oc take a fan and place it by the card that will keep it cool for me i oc it to 900 and 700 memory some cards can go to 1000 memory but my cant try amdgpu tools if you have a 64 bit system use the 64bit program the 32 will not work right
