Call of duty black ops 2 not loading

Hi experts,
I installed black ops 2 recently.
but when I try to run it, it wont.why?
I can see the t6sp.exe process is in taskbar.
i cant see anything on loading.why?

my pc is core 2duo,
hd 6770 ddr5 1gb ati gpu,
4 gb ddr 3,
1tb hdd.

Please help me..

Try reinstalling the game. Maybe some important files are missing........
