Hi, you have to buy from the websites mentioned, pcpartpicker only shows the parts and where to buy it, but you have to do the transaction in the websites(newegg, amazon and outlet pc).

Total: $1055.43
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

The gaia cooler is much better than the rosewill cooler, you get a better motherboard, though the pro 3 is decent, a better card, the 7870 XT(basically a 7930) is better than any 7870 ghz edition, since it has more shaders and the tahiti gpu, its performance is close to the 7950.
With a quality monitor ;)

My only question is the PSU, everything ive read says to use Seasonic, Corsair, or Antec im just not familiar with the xfx brand and do you think 550w is more than enough?

Check the one I built w/o a monitor (forgot to put the link in)

Hi, i checked your list, the cooler isn't good for the price, the gaia is a better cooler, the pro 3 is decent, but i recommend the asrock extreme 3 or asus LK, and that psu with 750W is overkill, a seasonic oem psu like the XFX 550 core edition is more than sufficient.
Also the caviar blue is cheaper, same performance.
The corsair vengeance is also more expensive with hair combs that will only make an annoyance for cpu cooler clearance.
Basically i recommend the list that i made, you can change the motherboard for the asrock extreme 3 for less, or the case, since it's a subjective thing.

The only thing I want with the case is having it be easy to use, I think im gonna go with the first build you gave me w/o the monitor, and since no else has changed your build im assuming its very good.

Hi, since you only have a tv and @720p, i recommend spending in a monitor, actually with this one you'll get about the same performance as the first one, since the 7870 XT is pretty close to the 7950 performance, also it's(7950) overkill for your current tv resolution(720p).
I listed a better case(compared to the build with monitor), the corsair 300R is a good case for the money, take this and don't look back ;)

Alright here we go. Im set on the last build you just gave me and it fits my budget perfectly. Is there anything else Ill need building this set up? like screws, read something about a heatsink? will it be somewhat easy to set up?

It's not better, both will give the same performance, keep in mind the Corsair Vengeance has huge heat spreaders, which can difficult the cpu cooler clearance, the patriot viper got lower heatsinks.

OK I think I finally got it, I had to change the memory you selected for me since I didnt want to wait 2-4 weeks for the patriot memory you selected and I changed the GPU to the one you initially gave me.

If you think I should change anything please respond quickly cause im going to place my order at MIDNIGHT 3/24

Heres my final build. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/XxGARxX/saved/1n5D
