and I dont know what the best ram model.. can you give me a hand?

No contest there! The G-Skill Trident Series (first link you posted) is the better kit.

Also, on the second kit, you would only be able to use half of the kit, since your MB only has 4 slots.

you also may want ot think of corsair dominator/dominator platinum, really good quality ram.
