Graphic Driver Has Stopped Responding And Recovered

Hi all,
keep getting this issue on a HD6870. I only seem to trigger it when web browsing, playing games such as Tera or WoW don't seem to have any issues. So far ive tried the 13.3,13.1 and 12.1 drivers. Ive updated the mobo firmware (M4A78 Pro 1701) My psu is an antec 550w vp550p. Any help appreciated.

same issue in another pc, even flashed the bios as a last attempt and it still happens. Guess the card is faulty.

I've had this issue on an HD7770. For me it was because I overclocked it a bit too much, but from reading around it looks like if you completely uninstall all the other drivers and test them out and find one that works, that should work eventually.
