Can a 180 watt power supply run amd radeon 6570 graphics card

So i have this new pc i got that's pretty weak, i decided to upgrade it a little bit to atleast play skyrim, and i want to get the amd radeon hd 6570

Here are my pc spec:
Lenovo h330
i5 2320 processor
AMD Radeon hd 6450
4gb RAM
180watt power supply

Will an AMD Radeon 6570(or any better graphics card) be able to run on my desktop

(it has a smaller x16 slot than standard, people say it requires the card to be low profile)

No it wont work you need a 400 Watt or greater power supply recommended (500 Watt for AMD CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)
