Sapphire HD 7870 XT Overheating ?

Hey guys , I just built my rig a few days ago . And now , in games that I play , after about 10 mins of gaming , the screen freezes and then the pop up " Display driver has stop responding and has successfully recovered" . I tested it with the Heaven Benchmark , I noticed when the temperature reached 75 degrees , the gpu stops working , then the pop up appears . How come its overheating ? I never overclocked the card , and it has Sapphire's DualX fans . Help anyone ?

75c isnt too hot for the chip, but maybe something else is cooking up instead...
