Need help with cooler and RAM

I want to upgrade from my old Intel stock cooler to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, I want to know whether it will fit with my RAM (Corsair Vengeance) which has a considerably tall heat-spreader. The motherboard I have is Gigabyte's GA-Z77X-UD5H. So, will it fit? Thanks!

If you're only using 2 out of the 4 slots, simply move them over to the 2nd slot and it'll fit.

If not, then it's unlikely to fit unless you're using the low-profile ram versions, with which I simply slid the fan up a bit.

Oh, thanks! But overnight I realised to change my memory too would be great. So I chose G.Skill's Trident X 2400MHz RAM, its reviews are amazing too. Any knowledge about that?
