Is $250 worth it for the HD 7950?

Hi, I've been watching the prices of all of the HD 7950 Cards. Finally, I found that the PowerColor 7950 has dropped to $270, and to $250 with the rebate.
I currently have an Asus 550 ti, and an i3-3220. I plan on upgrading to the i5-3570k in the not too distant future. So should I wait longer for a better deal to arise among the 7950's, or jump on this deal now?

Jump on it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an i3 with a 7950 and it is amazing. I payed $290 a few days ago for a sapphire. I know power cooler isn't the best but that's a spectacular price
