Corsair Vengeance DDR3 help

I completed my first pc build and decided to get Corsair vengeance ddr3 2x4gb ram for an Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0 mobo, AMD Bulldozer FX-6100
My ram was late being delivered so got a replacement sent out, well a week later my original ram turned up.. I have installed that ram also so now have 16gb.

Only issue is the speeds of all ram was turned down automatically from 1600mhz to 1330mhz, I did change them back to 1600mhz in the bios and everything is fine stability wise.

My question is, is it worth having the extra ram or should i sell the extra pair on?
I am a gamer so do play mmos etc
It gave me an extra 0.1 in windows experience index.

16Gb isn't overkill, especially for a gamer, it will help if you if you are ever doing video editing too. I would say to just keep it.
