My pc turns on for about 5 seconds then turns off

Hello, i am new to this. Help will he very much appreciated. Ok so, when i turn on my Pc (hp pavillion a1700n) it turns on for about 5 seconds then turns off. Nothing appears on the screen and there are no beeps. ALL the fans are spinning. The psu light is on and green. My hp is modified with a ge force 7300 gs gfx card and an asrock motherboard (idk the model). I do some gaming like War Thunder. Thank you for any help and for reading this post.

Sounds like a faulty Power Supply.

The day before yesterday i kept on hitting the power button until it turned on and ran normally. Yesterday in the morning it turned on for only 5 seconds the turned off, but i kept on hitting the button until it stayed on. My pc turned on right now and im using it
