I think u can play some games on low its not about RAM its abaout your grafic card u need some grafic card and cpu is a bit old so i think u can play black ops2 on low settings i guess.

change cpu to g2020.better than gt 630.

what gt1.it is for 4th generation haswell,not for sandy bridge.

you need gpu like hd 6670atleast to play blackops 2 at high

he doesn't have a gpu his using integrated graphics, the cpu will do for minimum specs if he did buy a gpu but it is dated and he could do with an upgrade if he wants decent gaming

+1, the 7770 will seriously help offset his low end CPU by making up for it in physics/graphics processing power.
