Budget PC build ($750)

Hey guys I'm trying to make a PC build that will last at least a few years and be able to run games like Skyrim and Fallout 3 with hopefully medium to high settings.
If you see a problem please feel free to let me know.

you should consider this build ... more powerful and future proof (especially with GPU AND CPU) also around your budget
