So I bought a 3.5"x2 Front Panel Fan Controller, the touchscreen one, and the tape that comes with temperature probes is bad. I used duct tape to secure it to my water cooling tube, my graphics card, my ram, and my hard drive. In some of these places, the temperature probes are reading 90-95 degrees Fahrenheit. Will the duct tape melt? and if so, will the melted duct tape damage components? I'm using Fasson duct tape, if that helps.

where did you stick it on the gpu? the water cooling tube you should be fine, the hard drive should be fine, the ram should be fine, 90f is only 32c so it should be ok up to about 85c the melting point of duct tape is 90c+ so nearly 200f

Oh great. I put the probe on the front panel of the gpu where the fans are, because the gpu itself gets really hot.
