8GB total 7.88gb usable! Can't add a picture get some member error..

Some of your RAM is automatically deducted for your OS's use. I'm not sure what you mean about the picture not adding.

Windows always keep some memory for your integrated intel GPU (intel HD 3xxx or HD 4xxx). This memory is used as video memory.
If you have a diskrete graphics card, and you don't need the integrated GPU (u don't want to save power ) you can disable it in the bios (or uefi?).

Yeah well, i did some bios things yesterday night because my father overclocked this cpu in a bad way. So i put it back at normal all and it's gone now. there stand 8gb usable now..
