USB 3.0 Header Question

So the motherboard i am planning to get has an onboard USB 3.0 header. But the case i have does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports. Just 2 USB ports. Will the front panel USB ports of the case interface correctly with the USB 3.0 header of the motherboard? Here are links to the motherboard and case.

USB3 headers like the one on your board are 20 pin. This is not compatible with USB2 front connectors like those on your case.

You can get a 5.25 front bay USB3 adapter for relatively cheap.
