BIOS shows 6 GB CPUZ shows 4 GB, what gives?

Hi guys I have an Asrock G41C-GS G41 based Mobo. Bios shows the ram as one stick of DDR2 2 GB + 4 GB. However, CPUZ shows 2 x 2 GB. Which one should I believe? CPUZ shows asymmetrical dual channel which supports the 2+4 config.

What version of Windows are you running; 32 bit or 64 bit?

64 bit, just switched to some DDR3 1600 and same issue on different banks. Bank 1 shows accurate bank 2 shows double bank 1. So CPUZ shows asymmetric dual channel.
