Linking HDD and SSD?

So im getting:

x2 2TB 6GB/s 64mb cache HDD
x1 240 GB Sata III SSD

How would i go about making them interlinking?

What do you mean by interlinking? Are you wanting to link the three drives together as one?

I was seeing if i could have the OS on the SSD and using the 2 HDD as storage basically. Wonder how could i get it boot from the SSD but have it where stuff saves to the HDD (even the hidden files, like in %appdata%)

I'm not sure about the hidden files but if they are system files it is best that they stay on the same disk as the OS. As far as programs go you can create Program Files and Program Files (x86) on one or both of the other two HDDs and install programs on those two disks. You just have to make sure you pay close attention during installation to make sure the programs are installed where you want them. I have moved my temporary Internet files from the SSD to a HDD as well as my SearchIndex, Downloads folder, and Virtual Memory page file.

Would i have to put the OS on the HDD? Or would i just use them as giant USBs?

No, you would not have to put the OS on either of the HDD drives. You could use the HDDs as "giant USBs" storage (well, except for the removable part).
