580 or 660? / 580 on 430W Corsair PSU? / 650 on 300W Seasonic PSU?

1. Which would be better for light gmaing and heavy 3d rendering and video editing. 580 or 660 (non ti)

2. Will a 580 run on a 430W corsair PSU? (Friends system, I have an extra 580 I will give to him)

3. Will a 650 (non ti) run on a 300w seasonic psu? AMD single core CPU, and like 2gb ram? (Yeah, I know. Old stuff)

1.they will perform about the same and gtx660 possibly have slight edge if overclocked.
2. NO WAY, you need at least a decent 550w psu for a power hungry gtx580
3. Yes it should gtx650 only sips in power

nope it won't even be an upgrade. I upgraded from a highly overclocked gtx580(950mhz/4580) to a gtx670 and the difference was almost 50%

if you are looking for a decent upgrade, at least try finding a used gtx590 otherwise go for the gtx670. The gtx660 ti won't be a worthy upgrade and the gtx580 won't even be an upgrade.
