Windows Boots In windows basic :(

EAH 6850 (Radeon Hd 6800)x2 (Cross Fire X)
Intel i5 2500k
12 Gigabytes of ram
...

Problem:

I updated my graphics cards a while ago and when it was done it switch my color scheme to Basic when I ran it on Aero (Yes, I have confirmed it is not caused by a program or virus) and when I update the same driver (Twice) it switches to Aero theme and the only problem with doing this is it disables Cross Fire X and won't let me re-enable without reboot ...

Pretty easy to go back to Aero.

1. Right click on desktop, and click on personalize. Choose one of the Aero themes. Done.

Here is the catch it says it is on Aero and I have also tried switching basic to Aero it does no work.
