1600 downgrade to 1333

I have 2x4GB vengeance 1600Mhz
In my bios if i set evrything to the default he only runs my RAM at 1333Mhz?
Why don't he run it at 1600Mhz like it should be.
Can i change it manual without any problems to 1600Mhz?
I have an Sabertooth z77.

Yes, most modern kits you have to set manually, and it will be fine since that MoBo supports 1600.
