A Little Help Please PC3-12800 vs PC3-10600

Hi Guys i have a little Puzzling Memory Issue if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it.

I currently have a slightly modified PB Ipower G5800
CPU i7 860 2.8Ghz
6Gb of Samsung CL9 PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)

My Motherboard manual states i can use up to 16Gb of PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600)
Crucial/Corsair/Kingston match my System with up to 16Gb of PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600)

However my CPU according to the Itels website supports up to 16Gb PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)

I was looking to upgrade to the full 16Gb but using 2x the below
Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Vengeance Blue Memory

- 2 x 4GB Kit
- Heatspreader Memory
- PC3-12800
- CL8 (8-9-8-24) 1.5V

But the conflicting information is making it hard for me to make a final decision again any help greatly appreciated.

I would just get 16Gb of 1333MHz, the performance drop from 1600MHz won't even be noticeable. Here is what I would suggest...

But if you want to want to go with corsair here is one...
CORSAIR XMS 2 x 8Gb CL9 $106

2x8 is normally considered the better setup, also it's normally cheaper.
