New HD Editing Build

Hey guys i need some help with a new build mainly for HD video editing/rendering, and casual gaming.

I kinda need 2 builds , 1 with a $1000 budget and another with $1500.
Need everything except mouse/keyboard and OS.

Any help will be appreciated.

I need to make 2 separate machines.

Its better focusing on the processor or the video for HD movie making?
