How much are they asking for it? What games are you trying to play? The 7750 is sort of low end, especially for that 1080p monitor. Also, 3 months is pretty far off, why don't you ask later since there may be better deals then and Haswell is projected to launch this summer.
Edit: I would also try and find out more about that power supply, I cannot find much info on it.

If in a few months yet, I might suggest waiting to see what the next generation of Intel processors (Haswell) brings, scheduled for early June... you may find that you can find a better deal then.
As far as the capabilities of the machine you show, there are some current games that might not be playable on high settings depending upon your monitor resolution for instance, at 1080p, Crysis 2 becomes (IMO) unplayable at ~20fps according to Tom's review here http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7770-7750-benchmark,3135-4.html
I think there are some things to consider yet before committing to a machine 3 months away - just my take here

Usually i play games Like Resident Evil 5,Resident Evil 6,The sims 3,L4D2,Tomb Raider (2013) as well as some old ones,Dead Island,Portal,i'm not into hardcore gaming much usually moderate games :p

That system should run everything you currently play. But I will re-emphasize that a new generation of processors is going to be released about the time you're looking to purchase... three months is a long time in techno-land (and pricing)
