I just got my motherboard back from ASUS (it was RMA'd), and started putting my machine back together. Everything is assembled, Win 7 installed, and that is where the trouble starts.
Once I install the Intel Graphics Accelerator Driver and restart the computer, it just goes to black after the Windows splash screen and before the login screen.
This is on a fresh install of Windows, and I have re-installed several times with the same result.
ASUS P8H61-M motherboard, updated to most current BIOS.
Intel Core i3 2100
8gb RAM (2x4gb PNY)
Crucial 120gb SSD
Basically, everything works fine in VGA, but when I install the drivers for the integrated graphics it goes kaputt.
This all worked fine before the board was sent in.
