Radeon HD7770 restart after installation then crash on windows loading.

I recently setup a new rig with an Asus P8Z77-V LX2, 8g ram, SSD etc.

Anyway i have updated windows fully and all drivers.

When i install the HD7770 the graphics card shows in Devices but prompts me to restart after installation.

The green light is on the GPU and fans work, and shows up in reports etc.

However upon restarting the Windows Loading screen crashes and restores windows to before the driver was installed! Now everytime i re install it does this, no matter what driver version, CD/Website etc it always crashes!!

I need a solution as i've been busting my nuts for 3 days now!

Completely uninstall your drivers then try reinstalling the catalyst 13.1 drivers.

Tries this several times its the first thing i though of.

You could have a defective card. Try testing your card in anpother pc.
