Quiet graphics cards?

So I need to get a new card, my current one can't play Star wars MMO and load youtube at the same time. Maybe it's not the video card, so I need more ram as well and will upgrade to 8GB. The last time I really knew computer components was back in 2008 when I got my current PC.

Anyhow, I have a P5Q Deluxe motherboard: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5Q_Deluxe/#specifications

Should I dig around for a used 9600 Gt (silent model) and put in a second card? I'm not sure if that will work with my motherboard, sorry for being so ignorant.

Quiet running is a must since I have tinitus (my ears ring easily). I've made my PC REALLY quiet. I have a silent power supply, a silent CPU fan, silent Video card , two tower fans with rubber mounts and paid extra for them to be quiet (which they are) AND got a silent case. It's very quiet. Used to be more quiet when everything was new. It's something I'm wondering is just how LOUD the DDR5 cards are, since DB levels aren't usually an easily found specification.

Any help/suggestions on a $200 budget would be awesome, thanks.

My current build is:

-two monitors with a:

- ASUS GeForce 9600GT Silent 650MHZ 512MB 1.8GHZ DDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI-I HDMI HDCP HDTV Out Video Card

- "500W ATX12V V2.0 24PIN" power supply

- room in the tower is about 6" by 10" (approx)

- 4 gigs ram, and a dual core 3 gig processor on windows 7 64 bit.

Also, if I need a new PSU, please let me know. :)
