Question about CPU cooling system

So I am looking for a new cooling system but for around $30 and want to also know if the one I like will be compatible my motherboard is a FOXCONN 2AB1.

You'll notice that under the "details"/Compatibility it does not list your AM3 socket. That should tell you it probably won't fit you board. Also, it has no fan. It is a passive cooler. Unless you are extremely sensitive to fan noise, I would suggest a different cooler.
