I want to know if this is a good build for gaming and can still be used for upcoming more games in the future? Probably I will be using an 18.5" LED Monitor for this.
Any suggestions or advice will be a big help for me.Because Im not really very familiar with computers.

Here is my build

Core i3-3220 3.3Ghz 3rd Gen
MSI H61M-P31/Gen3
4GB G.Skill Value DDR3 1333 CL9
WD Caviar Blue 500GB SATA 6Gbps
Corsair VS650W 80+ 650W
HEC Cougar Spike USB 3.0 mATX
Powercolor HD 7850 1GB GDDR5 256bit(1GBD5-DH)

Hi, since it's in a country that i don't know any websites/shops from, i can only recommend swapping the motherboard for a one with B75 chipset, some H61 motherboards need the bios to be updated in order to use ivybridge cpus.
Any b75 motherboard(asrock is pretty cheap in most countries) will support the i3-3220 out of the box ;)

I think they have MSI B75MA-P45, but is this build enough? can it run Crysis 3 and any latest and upcoming games in the future?

Well, you have a decent card, it can run crysis 3, but don't expect to run at high settings, but in most games it's a good card even for 1080p, the i3-3220 is still a good cpu.
And yes, that motherboard is decent, get the msi b75ma p45, it has 4 dimm slots, might be useful to you.
That psu is decent and it will do the trick.

Is the i3-3220 not enough to run high settings? Or i will just change it to something i5-3330/HD 7770/HEC Cougar SL 500W 80+ ?

Changing the gpu, is a no go, it's the most important thing for gaming(expect if the cpu severely bottlenecks it, which will not happenn this case), i would not purchase any psu from HEC.

Powercolor is decent, if it's cheaper, there's nothing wrong with it, but if the sapphire, asus, msi, gigabyte is at the same price, then it might be a better choice, i would worry more with getting a 2GB 7850, instead of the brand, if possible get a 7850 with 2GB of vram.
HEC is cheaper, because it's mostly junk, don't cheap out on the psu, though, that corsair VS models ain't that good, but i still go with it over the hec, if you can find a psu within 500W it will do the trick, look for the corsair CX500, VX500, XFX 550 core edition , seasonic, antec psus.

i see, ill quote that, ill try if the price of 1gb from 2gb vram 7850 is not that far, hmm i see so it is still ok if it is 500W?
