How well would this rig run Black Ops 2 + others?

I have an 8120 @ 3.1ghz
16gb ram
XFX Radeon 7850 2gb ( i'll probably upgrade to this).

I want to play BO2 on a smooth 40-60 fps @ 1080p. Would this rig do well? I'll also be playing Borderlands 2 , which my current DDR3 6670 struggles to run at 1080p. Also,as a side note, would this card perform well in 3DS Max, Cinema 4D etc? Thanks

What is your budget for the GPU and what PSU do you currently have?
