configuration of outlook express with dataone account

hi ,

Installed fresh copy of OS. I configured outlook express with dataone account
Message shows successfully configured outlook express.
but iam not able to reply mails- same can be viewed .

please share ur ideas

It could be you haven't configured steps 11 & 12 (SMTP server authentication) correctly here: http://www.dataone.in/en/dataone_mail_configuration.html
