Hi - There's not a trusted lab test on the Lepa unit you linked, so cannot
say if it's good or not. However, the OEM of this model, Channel Well Tech
can make decent PSU's and Lepa does have some well reviewed PSU's
mfgd by Channel Well and others. Probably OK to give it a try.
