here are the specs to my emachines 1331 03 w the computer is working fine for now
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 235e 2.7 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB DDR2 800
Chipset: NForce 430 MCP61
Graphics: GeForce 6150SE
Hard Drive: 750 GB SATA 3.0 Gbps
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

So... I apologize for being the bearer of bad news. But with that specific system, there isn't really much you can do piece by piece. You are going to have to replace:

The MB (this socket no longer has CPU's made for it)
The CPU (very outdated)
The RAM (DDR2 is no longer the norm, and it is very expensive.)
The GPU (Again, very outdated)

I would look at the article on the home page of this site for the best gaming budget PC's and start over from scratch. (although you can use the HDD and OS - As long as the OS is not OEM)
