Critique my build version 2.0

Hey guys, I made a thread back in september when I thought I was going to be building a rig back then, but I never ended up getting around to it. Now I am definitely going to be purchasing components ASAP. Most things have stayed the same, pretty much the only part on my list that changed was the graphics card. Anyways...without further ado, here is my build:

I also had cd/dvd drives from the last build.

I plan on using my 32" tv as a monitor

does this all look good to go, I mostly plan on using it for gaming, internet, and movies?

Everything will work fine together, the only thing I would change is that you do not need the extreme6 only the extreme4 they both perform pretty much the same.

Also the 8GBs of ram is a bit expensive here is the same performance but cheaper: Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($47.98 @ Amazon)

You can definitely reuse your case and PSU as long as the PSU's amperage and voltage output are on par with what modern GPUs require. You should be fine for the most part.
