Computer Keeps Bluescreening

Hi, I built my PC in December of last year, i have not had problems until now. Every few days my pc will bluescreen/crash. Here is the report.

PS: My Hardrive is over 5 years old, would that be the problem?

check the RAM voltage/timing/ frequency
if it is correct then try adding a small increase in voltage
