BSOD while install window 7

I decided to fully format my computer and freshly install window 7 ultimate 64bit.
i format my hard disk using killdisk(its a format software)
when the window cd boot up, there got some kind of rainbow/colourful bar on top of my screen.



after completing installation,the setup say restarting in 10 sec
then the **** BSOD come out

STOP : 0x00000019, (and many more)
plz help me...i got a week off from work and i can only play games with this computer (currenly im using old lappy)
