Good M-atx Mobo

I will not run sli/cf. just a sinlge GPU
and a I5 3750k, that i want to overclock

I been looking at:
Asus
Maximus V gene
ASRock
Fatal1ty Z77 Professional-M
Z77 Extreme4-M
Gigabyte
G1.Sniper M3

did i miss any good mobos ?
And what should i choose ?

All three are good choices. I am an ASRock fanboy, but I can't stand looking at Fata1ty or look at his ugly puss at each BIOS access. I'd go with the Gigabyte.
