Hello guys real quick help Detailed

Does HD 6450 is a good graphics card ? if you can give any alternatives better than that please asap
Edit: My Motherboard is M5A78L-MLX Asus Motherboard and My cpu is athlon x2 270 planning to change to fx-6300 and i am finding for a best graphics card that is almost affordable.. ty
