Alright, So I've been hearing a lot about the hyper 212 and about how it's one of the best heatsinks you can get. I want to know if it will fit inside the case I have. I have a:

my motherboard is:

If it doesn't fit, could I get a good alternative? I do lot's of video editing/rendering with Sony Vegas Pro 9, and my temps get anywhere from 190-200 degrees.

I don't know if it would be 'one of the best', but it is one of the best for the money. The Hyper 212 and Hyper 212 EVO are about 6.25" tall. Measure from your CPU to the cover of your case and see if there is enough room. And remember, it has a big 120mm fan on it as well. That's about 4.75" x 4.75".
If it is an iffy fit, check out the TX3. It measure about 5.5" tall and has a 92mm fan. It is also a good cooler.
