Ethernet Driver is an "unidentified network" after driver reinstallation.

I downloaded a new Ethernet Driver for my motherboard B75MA-P45. I got a bluescreen and I restarted the computer and when it was booted up, I couldn't get any connection to the Internet. So I uninstalled the driver and installed the previous driver that was working before the bluescreen. And still, no connection. I also reinstalled the chipset driver but no results. This has never happened before and it's really weird that even if I have the same drivers as before it does not work. Your assistance is very appreciated.

I reinstalled my router and put the network card settings on automatic IP configuration so now it works again.
